Face Cane Pendant by Julie Eakes

Who May Join

The guild welcomes everyone – and this includes people who have never touched polymer clay or worked with crafts in any way. That said, our active membership has a huge range of skills and interests:

  • absolute beginners

  • enthusiastic hobbyists

  • craft show and art fair entrepreneurs

  • nationally known experts and teachers

Any meeting is likely to have a mix of all these levels – but everyone has a few important factors in common – they are friendly, willing to share, ready to learn, and open to trying new things.

Dues

  • Annual dues are $25 per year if paid by January 31. After that date, membership renewal is $30 per year.

  • New people joining between February 1 and June 30th also pay $30. Those joining July 1 through November 30th pay $15. (The guild does not meet in December.)

  • The first meeting is free!! Non-members may attend one meeting at no charge; after that, a $5 fee per meeting is required to attend regular meetings and $10 for clay day if they choose not to join the guild as regular members.

  • Family membership - each additional immediate household member is half the regular dues.

Dues payment options include cash, check, PayPal, and credit cards. Ask the guild treasurer for details at the next meeting.
